MYOHAN uses Paddle Inc. as its Merchant of Record. All payments and refund processing are handled through Paddle, which also manages local currency conversion and tax collection.
General Principle
All paid services on MYOHAN (subscriptions, credits) are classified as digital content. Refunds are restricted upon completion of payment and commencement of service access. We encourage you to use the free trial to evaluate the Service before purchasing.
Non-refundable Items
- Subscription plans (monthly or annual): no refund after payment is completed
- One-time credits: no refund after payment is completed
- Refunds are not issued on the basis of the content, accuracy, or satisfaction with AI-generated results
Exceptional Refund Consideration
Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of SOFTSPELL Inc. only in the following circumstances:
- The Service was entirely unavailable due to a fault attributable to the Company
- A duplicate payment was made for the same item

Statutory Rights by Region
- Republic of Korea: Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal from a digital content purchase is available within 7 days of payment, provided that access to the content has not yet commenced. This right is forfeited if the user has expressly consented to commencement of service access at the time of purchase.
- EU/EEA and United Kingdom: Under applicable consumer protection law, a 14-day withdrawal right applies to digital content prior to commencement of access. This right is forfeited if the user has expressly agreed to immediate commencement of digital content access at the time of purchase.
⚠️ By checking "I agree that service access commences immediately upon payment" at checkout, the statutory withdrawal rights described above are forfeited.
