Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the AI-powered fortune and Four Pillars service "MYOHAN" (the "Service") provided by SOFTSPELL Inc. (the "Company") through myohan.app, including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.

Article 2 — Nature of the Service and Disclaimer

• Content is generated using Google Gemini API and Anthropic Claude API; results are probabilistic.
• The same input may produce different results each time.
• Do not use the Service as the basis for important decisions regarding medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.
• The Company bears no legal liability for outcomes arising from use of the Service.

Article 3 — Service Region and Languages

• The Service is available to users worldwide.
• Supported languages: Korean, English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Simplified Chinese.
• The Service is delivered globally via Cloudflare CDN; availability may be restricted in certain countries due to local regulations.
• Payment is available only in currencies and regions supported by Paddle Inc.

Article 4 — Account Eligibility

• Users must be at least 14 years old (16 in certain countries) to use the Service.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own account information and may not share it with others.
• One account per person; creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Accounts may be immediately restricted if false information is provided during registration.

Article 5 — Subscription and Payment

• Paid services are available as monthly or annual subscriptions, or one-time credit purchases.
• Payments are processed through Paddle Inc. (Merchant of Record); Paddle's terms of service apply concurrently.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• Displayed prices may be localized to the user's country currency.
• Local taxes such as VAT are automatically calculated and handled by Paddle.
• Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance.

Article 7 — AI Service Characteristics and Availability

• The Service uses Google Gemini API (primary) and Anthropic Claude API (AI chat and fallback).
• Temporary service interruptions may occur due to outages, maintenance, or policy changes by external AI API providers.
• The Service targets 99%+ monthly uptime but does not legally guarantee availability.

Article 8 — Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Service content
• API crawling, automated requests, or reverse engineering
• Entering another person's birth date or personal information without authorization
• Repeatedly obtaining free benefits through multiple accounts
• Using the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws

Article 9 — Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to content within the Service (text, designs, logos, AI prompt structures, etc.) belong to SOFTSPELL Inc. Personal data entered by users, such as birth date, belongs to the user.

Article 10 — Service Modification and Discontinuation

The Service may be modified or discontinued after prior notice for operational reasons. Paid users will receive a refund for any remaining subscription period.

Article 11 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Domestic users: The Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
• International users: Payment-related disputes are primarily subject to Paddle Inc.'s dispute resolution policy.
